This is a portal for Pluxee consumers to update their card details.
Please note the below important points to update the card details.
To change the mobile number, the user must enter their email ID registered with Pluxee in the next screen.
To change the email ID, the user must enter their mobile no. registered with Pluxee in the next screen.
Before proceeding please keep the following handy.
Last 4 digits of Pluxee card number for which you want to update your contact details.
If you have multiple Pluxee cards, credentials will be updated only for the card matching the last 4 digits entered. Please raise separate requests for cards where you would like to update details.
Access to existing mobile number/ email ID. We will be sending a validation OTP to the same.
Proof of Identity/ Address from among one of the following:
PAN
Aadhaar Number
Access to new mobile number/ email ID that is to be updated. We will also be sending a validation OTP to the same.
